Team Viewer Remote Support

We use TeamViewer for easy remote support. TeamViewer works in most environments, through firewalls, etc. Follow the instructions below to allow us to gain Remote Control on your PC or Server.

Download TeamViewer

  • Click on the Download button

You can either choose Run to download and run the application directly, or choose Save as and save the application on to your desktop or another folder and run the application from that location.

Running TeamViewer

When you start Team Viewer, a small window is shown:

  • Provide us with the ID and Password shown in the Window

 Important: Your privacy IS protected

  • We can only gain access with the ID and Password you provide us with
  • You can follow everything we do on your PC and Server
  • When you close Team Viewer in your end the connection is ended, and can only be reestablished when you provide us with a new ID and Password
